Plane Carrying Brazilian Football Team Crashes, 76 Counted Dead ....................................................................... A plane carrying 72 passengers including footballers and nine crew members has crashed in Colombia. The Colombian authorities are looking into the matter. 76 out of 81 people have been declared dead. It is believed that the plane fell from the sky, after facing electrical problems.
There are reports that the Brazilian football team, Chapecoense was on board. The team was heading to Medellin, Colombia to play the Copa Sudamericana final against the Colombian team. The aeroplane had to undergo an emergency mid-flight emergency.The aircraft departed from Bolivia. The mishap occurred at around 10 pm local time...And 3 am, according to the UK time. The Brazilian soccer team is in danger.Argentina and Barcelona stars, Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano had used the aircraft just 3 weeks ago. The aircraft has been registered as CP2933 and is owned by the airline, Lamia Bolivia. The flight was believed to be a LAMIA Airlines flight RJ85.It is believed that the team had to change the flight and board this one after the Brazilian aviation authorities prevented them from boarding a chartered flight to Medellin. Moreover, there are reports that heavy storms have hit Colombia.
