Bhopal : Youtuber and RTI Activist Abhishek mishra was detained by Bhopal police on 12th November and later released on surety. When we spoke to Abhishek Mishra he told us that his mobile and laptop has been seized and also no receipt has been issued to him. Now he is worried if Police install some controversial stuff and use that against him.In his recent YouTube video he clearly mentioned that, he was detained for a night on order by CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan.Meanwhile, the Bhopal Police Department had made the arrest of the student a secret affair, which was hidden from all the media sources and the outsiders. Police officers have seized Abhishek’s cell phone, laptops and even deleted his Twitter account and also his controversial tweets. Abhishek has 16K followers on Twitter and Police deleted his tweets to control this controversial incident. On the other side, Abhishek calls him the RTI activists and video maker and has been the critic of the saffron brigade.According to the teenagers, he does everything to spread awareness and demonetisation was his latest topic and all the tweets was just usual and normal tweets.According to the reports, the FIR has been registered against him under section 469 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and 66C of Information Technology Act, 2000 against him at the cyber crime cell.Ravikant Dehariya, Town inspector, cyber cell, Bhopal, informed media wing that the ” Abhishek was arrested because of his controversial post by threatening the life of the chief minister and other important dignitaries.”He further added that we had deleted his Facebook and we have blocked Twitter post and his website. On the other side, Abhishek’s lawyer Ajay Mishra said ” Abhishek has been arrested for sharing the post of demonetisation of notes and also posted the picture of the Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Someone read the post in the official office of Shiv Raj Chauhan and informed the Police officer about this case and finally, case has been registered.
